I John 3:17 (KJV) states "But whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion for him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?"

Community Outreach/Evangelism is a ministry that we all share. It includes everyone that acknowledges a need and wants to respond to the cause. We all have the ability to see different needs and in effect help the whole body of Christ. It is not only our assignment to witness but also to show love and attend to those experiencing calamity. That is why it is a charge to everyone.
