Pastor Denise B. Carpenter has more than 25 years of leadership experience, conference coordination and facilitation.  She has served in many ministry roles such as Church Administrator, Director of Special Events, Mentor; and held such positions as Executive Director and Consultant to corporations, non-profit organizations and churches across the United States and abroad.  After many years of serving faithfully in the background, God has pushed her to the forefront where she is sought after as teacher, preacher, lecturer and counselor. 

Lady Denise Carpenter and her husband, Pastor Timothy Carpenter became the co-founders of God’s Way Ministries International.  On March 4, 2007 she was ordained Assistant Pastor.  Due to the longevity of her marriage and the desire to see others succeed and prosper, she and her husband provide ministry and counseling to married couples.  

Denise also has a strong passion for training and developing women.  Her mission is to aid them in the discovery and fulfillment of their purpose in life, and to move freely and boldly in it while celebrating their unique femininity.  She has written a personal development curriculum entitled Esther's Academy for Christian women of all ages that debuted in England, Spring 2005.  The following year, Esther's Academy expanded its territory in Europe to the country of Scotland.  Esther's Academy made its debut in the United States in Columbus, Ohio in September 2006.  It is within this in depth anthology of courses that God has established a platform for Lady Denise to encourage women of all ages to embrace their true identity and guide them through their journey to destiny.  She is excited that women are living in a time of limitless possibilities where they should be free to be all God created them to be.   Through her quest for higher learning, she encourages women to avail themselves to achieve their academic and ministerial pursuits.

Lady Denise is also an accomplished dancer and choreographer.  This phase in her ministry has afforded her the privilege of establishing and training numerous liturgical dance teams in churches across the United States and Europe. 

Lady Denise married the love of her life at the tender age of 19.  She and her beloved husband are the proud parents of two adult daughters, Micah Danielle and Maurielle Danaé, and have four beautiful grandchildren, Hollyn Lanae, Mackenzie David, Julian Timothy and Canaan Michael.
